He was born in Rosario in 1951.  He begins his studies of violoncello with his father.  He soon enters the Superior Institute of Music where he studies with proffesor Ernesto Cobelli.  In 1970 he is second cello of the Symphony orchestra of Rosario.  In 1973 he gains by contest the position of sixth cello in the Philarmonic Orchestra of Buenos Aires.  In 1975 he gains by contest the position of third cello in the Philarmonic Orchestra of the Americas with seat in Mexico D.F.
    In the same way he obtains the position of main cellist of the Orchestra of the Têatre Royal of the Monnaie in Brussels, Belgium.  He perfects himself at the Robert Schumann Institut perfects, in Düsseldorf with professor Johannes Goritzky. He enters  the Colon Theatre's "Estable" Orchestra as firt cello for two seasons. He was first cello of the Buenos Aires Musical Ensamble, with proffesor Pedro I. Calderón as conductor.

    He studied with proffesor Arto Noras in the conservatory of Lucern, Switzerland.
    Since 1983 he occupies the position of first cello of the Buenos Aires Philarmonic Orchestra, position obtained by contest.  He acted like solista with the orchestras of Rosario, Mar del Plata, Curitiba (Brazil), Juvenil de L.R.A., Lanus and Buenos Aires Philarmonic.
    He represented Argentina in the international contest of Viña del Mar (Chile).  He is part of the group Encuentros de Música Contemporánea with which he offers concerts in Europe, the United States, China and Latin America.
    He is also part of groups of hierarchy of popular music like the group "Tanguísimo" with which he crossed Japan on two ocassions and the Sex-Tet, last group created by Astor Piazzola in 1989, with who it offeredb concerts in all Europe.  In the last years it has intensified his work like solista with remarkable event as much in the country as in the outside.
    In May of 1996, he coordinated the musical advanced training courses that offered the teacher Yo-Yo-Ma in the Colon Theatre having the privilege of being invited by this great cellist to interpret next to him the pair of Alain Barriere, memorable fact that was warmly received by the public and the critic.
